We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can build scroll-stopping content, engage online communities, and drive results across platforms. If you have a creative mindset, strong execution skills, and a passion for digital storytelling — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Create and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to keep the brand culturally relevant
• Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal follower base
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights
• Run paid promotions and boost posts as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing social media for brands or agencies
• Strong content sense and creative copywriting skills
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
• Ability to analyze insights and adjust strategy for better performance
• A flair for storytelling, brand voice, and building digital presence
• Experience with handling influencers or creators is a plus

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience working in the tech or digital marketing space
• Know basic video editing or reel creation
• Have run or managed successful social media campaigns
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
