At Web Nautical, we empower businesses to grow digitally through web development, mobile apps, hybrid solutions, and digital marketing. We are now expanding our team and looking for a passionate SMO Executive to manage and grow our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and optimize company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

•Develop creative social media strategies and campaigns to drive engagement and brand visibility

•Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms

•Monitor performance, analyze insights, and prepare reports on social media growth

•Research and implement the latest trends, hashtags, and best practices

•Work closely with the content and design teams for impactful posts and campaigns

•Manage social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

Skills & Requirements

•Proven 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Optimization/Management

•Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and algorithms

•Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Google Analytics

•Content planning & calendar management

•Strong analytical, creative thinking, and communication skills

•Ability to increase organic reach, engagement, and follower base

Qualification:

•Bachelor’s degree in any stream
