Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager (Fresher) to join our team. You will be responsible for managing, growing, and engaging our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare, education, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and implement social media content calendars aligned with brand goals.

-Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement (replying to comments, DMs, etc.).

-Collaborate with the design and content team for creative assets.

-Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.

-Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure messaging consistency.

Requirements

-Fresher with strong interest in social media marketing and digital communication.

-Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

-Creative mindset with good communication and writing skills.

-Basic video editing/graphic design knowledge (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools) is a plus.

-Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

-Interest in healthcare, nutrition, or education will be an added advantage.
