Social Media Lead

What You’ll Do

Own and grow ControlZ’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
Plan and execute the
content calendar
— from ideas to posts, daily.
Create thumb-stopping reels, memes, and stories that reflect our brand voice.
Write sharp captions, hooks, and scripts that feel native to the internet.
Collaborate with creators, influencers, and meme pages to amplify reach.
Track analytics, report performance, and double down on what works.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years
of hands-on social media experience (D2C / tech / lifestyle preferred).
Proven track record
of scaling a social account — brand or personal.
Strong sense of trends, audience psychology, and storytelling.
Can ideate, shoot, edit, and post — independently.
Fluent with Reels, CapCut, Canva, Figma, etc.
Obsessed with creating content people actually want to share.
