We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Delhi. Qualifications And Skills
- E-COMMERCE MARKETING (Mandatory skill) with hands-on experience developing and executing campaigns focused on fashion and B2C sales online platforms.
- META ADS (Mandatory skill) proficiency with demonstrated ability to manage paid advertising on Meta platforms for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Proven social media experience in the fashion industry, especially with Ladies Ethnic Wear (Mandatory skill), ensuring understanding of trends and audience preferences.
- Creative approach to sales and marketing (Mandatory skill) with an ability to design impactful campaigns and content that drive engagement and revenue.
- Strong knowledge in Social Media Optimization (SMO), utilizing the latest tools and strategies to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
- Experience in content planning, scheduling, and publishing across multiple platforms to maintain brand consistency and promotional effectiveness.
- Expertise in lead generation through digital channels, including tactics to expand customer database and nurture potential buyers through the sales funnel.
- Proficient in Online Reputation Management (ORM), responding to customer inquiries, handling feedback, and monitoring brand mentions to ensure a positive online presence.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or a related field from a recognized institution, supporting a well-rounded marketing strategy approach.

- Oversee Meta Ads campaigns, including budget management, ad creation, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
- Lead content planning and creation, ensuring visually appealing and engaging posts, stories, and videos that resonate with the women's ethnic wear audience.
- Monitor, track, and report on social media channels performance, using analytics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Implement SMO tactics to grow followers, foster community engagement, and drive organic traffic to online stores and social platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads through strategic campaigns, nurturing them into loyal customers via effective remarketing and personalized communication.
- Manage online reputation by promptly addressing feedback, engaging with the online community, and maintaining a positive brand image.
