Role Description

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging, high-quality content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, etc.).
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding.
• Respond to queries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated with trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices in social media.
• Collaborate with internal departments for campaign alignment and promotions.
• Manage influencer tie-ups and partnerships when required.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management.
• In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms, their algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
