Role Description We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence across multiple platforms, building brand awareness, and driving engagement through strategic content planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create engaging, high-quality content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, etc.). Plan and manage paid social media campaigns. Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding. Respond to queries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Stay updated with trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices in social media. Collaborate with internal departments for campaign alignment and promotions. Manage influencer tie-ups and partnerships when required. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management. In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms, their algorithms, and analytics tools. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and performance metrics.
