Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Bhubaneswar

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital and social platforms for brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies that build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand tone.

· Manage daily operations of multiple social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

· Plan and schedule content calendars, working closely with the creative and content teams.

· Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure engaging and on-brand content.

· Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to optimize campaign relevance.

· Handle paid social media campaigns including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.

· Track, analyse, and report on social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

· Respond to community engagement, comments, and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

· Stay updated on competitor activities and industry best practices.

· Collaborate with client servicing teams for reporting, presentations, and reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in an agency setup.

· Deep understanding of platform-specific content strategies and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

· Strong knowledge of paid campaign management on Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

· Creative thinking with a strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.

· Ability to manage multiple clients/accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

· Experience working with regional or national brands.

· Familiarity with influencer marketing and ORM tools.

· Exposure to performance marketing or integration with media planning teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
