Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, growing our online community, and analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, video, stories, reels) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X and YouTube.
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring across all social channels.
  • Grow and engage online communities by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to align campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and use insights to optimize strategies.
  • Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach.
  • Manage paid social campaigns and budgets, when applicable.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong portfolio or examples of successful social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
