About the Role:

Pandoza Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager with 2–3 years of experience to lead our online presence and brand engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, content strategy, and the ability to grow and manage communities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create and curate engaging content — posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics — in coordination with the creative team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and video teams to align content with campaigns and goals.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports to measure campaign success.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize for better ROI.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions professionally and promptly.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, algorithms, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools for quick content creation.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns independently.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience running paid campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
