About the Role:

Pandoza Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and passionate Video Editor with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of storytelling, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, product promotions, and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute video ideas.
• Add music, dialogues, graphics, animations, and effects to enhance visual storytelling.
• Ensure smooth transitions, sound synchronization, and a consistent brand style across all video projects.
• Manage and organize video assets and maintain the company’s media library.
• Stay up-to-date with video trends, editing techniques, and software advancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Media, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience as a professional video editor.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, color correction, and motion graphics.
• Basic knowledge of sound design and video compression formats.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with 2D/3D animation or motion graphics.
• Familiarity with social media video formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Knowledge of camera operation or shooting is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
