Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic social media manager with experience in the digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate will manage and grow our clients’ social media presence, develop engaging content, run campaigns, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
• Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred).
• Stay up to date with trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Work closely with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to deliver results.
• Handle social media interactions, queries, and community engagement.
• Build and maintain brand voice, consistency, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Executive.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to analyze insights and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and influencer collaborations is an added advantage.
