Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
• Plan and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations.
• Conceptualize and oversee photo/video shoots, creative briefs, and campaign storytelling.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone.
• Track and analyze social media insights, engagement metrics, and competitor trends to optimize growth.
• Manage day-to-day content publishing, community engagement, and feedback loops.
• Work closely with founders and leadership to translate brand vision into impactful digital campaigns.
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communications.
• Proven track record with D2C / lifestyle / beauty / fashion / jewellery brands such as d’you, Inde Wild, Foxtale, Hyphen, Dot & Key, Minimalist, Plixlife, Zepto, Reserve Nooe, SUGAR Cosmetics, The Man Company, etc.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, influencer ecosystems, and social media trends.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Hootsuite.
• Creative thinker with strong communication and aesthetic sensibilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
