Social Media Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media platforms, with basic knowledge of content creation and editing tools. You will be responsible for executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and driving audience growth and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.).
• Use basic editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar) to design and edit graphics, images, and short videos.
• Support content ideation in line with brand voice, campaigns, and marketing objectives.
• Track and report key social media metrics to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with current trends, hashtags, and social media best practices.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media handling.
• Basic knowledge of design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro).
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with paid promotions and social media ads.(Optional)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
