Job Summary

creative and strategic Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement

    social media strategies

    aligned with business goals
  • Plan content calendars across platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
  • Identify trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize campaigns

Content Creation & Management

  • Create, edit, and manage engaging

    text, image, and video content

  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for campaign content
  • Ensure consistent

    brand voice and messaging

    across channels

Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly
  • Build relationships with followers, partners, and industry influencers
  • Manage online reputation and promote positive brand sentiment

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track social media KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversion, and ROI
  • Prepare regular reports and present insights to leadership
  • Use analytics to optimize campaigns and inform content strategy

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute

    paid social media campaigns

    for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for

    campaign alignment

  • Manage budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 3–6 years of experience managing social media for brands, preferably in

    IT or SaaS

  • Strong understanding of

    social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

  • Experience with

    social media management tools

    : Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.
  • Excellent

    copywriting, communication, and visual storytelling skills

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with

    B2B marketing and GCC / enterprise clients

  • Knowledge of

    SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing tools

  • Creative mindset with ability to

    innovate campaigns
