We are Metadologie, helping businesses with Salesforce transformation solutions. We’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media & Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence, generate leads, and foster meaningful client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement

Build and maintain connections with potential clients and industry leaders.

Manage company page and personal branding of leadership team.

Run outreach campaigns for lead generation.

Email Marketing

Create, design, and manage email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, client updates).

Segment lists and track campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).

Paid Advertising (Google & Meta Ads)

Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

Track performance, analyze data, and adjust campaigns for ROI.

Testing of creatives and landing pages.

Client Engagement

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms.

Build long-term relationships with clients through digital touch points.

Support event marketing (MRO, Dreamforce, etc.) by engaging attendees pre/post-event.

Brand Promotion

Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand visibility.

Create and manage content calendar (posts, blogs, case studies, success stories).

Collaborate with design team for creatives and videos.

Requirements:

Proven experience in LinkedIn B2B marketing and outreach.

Hands-on knowledge of email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).

Experience in running and optimizing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.

Strong communication & copywriting skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and generate reports.

Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem (bonus).
