● Develop and execute multi-platform content strategies (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube)
● Lead editorial planning, copywriting, and calendar management
● Oversee ORM with real-time listening, reporting, and sentiment analysis
● Collaborate with leadership for personal brand development and visibility
● Interpret analytics, prepare performance dashboards, and optimize accordingly
● Ensure all content aligns with ESG narrative, brand tone, and campaign priorities
● Deep understanding of social platforms and their algorithms
● Strong copy and visual storytelling skills
● Experience with tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Meltwater
● Familiarity with sustainability, ESG, and energy discourse is a plus
● Proactive, agile, and mature communicator
