Job Description

The Communications & Social Media Manager is responsible for building and amplifying the brand voice of the firm across digital and traditional platforms. This role curates, creates, and manages content to showcase the firm’s design philosophy, projects, and culture—enhancing brand reputation and awareness.


Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute a content strategy for social medi and newsletters.

• Manage a content calendar highlighting projects, milestones, press features, and thought leadership.

• Draft, design, and schedule posts aligned with brand tone and visual identity.

• Monitor engagement metrics and suggest strategies to increase reach and lead generation.

• Prepare client presentations, pitch decks, and branded collateral.


Skills & Competencies


• Strong writing and storytelling ability.

• Eye for design and brand alignment; ability to work with visual content.

• Familiarity with design/architecture industry preferred.

• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint/Keynote, AI tools along with social media management tools.

• Analytical mindset for tracking performance and insights.
