Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across all social media platforms. You’ll play a key role in growing our brand presence, engaging our community, and driving digital campaigns that reflect the values of La Forêt Education. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Management: Plan, write, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pintrest and YouTube. Coordinate, design and shoot video to produce visually appealing content. Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints. Community Engagement: Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions to foster community engagement and timely responses. Interact with students, parents, and educators to build trust and loyalty. Campaign Management: Support and execute digital campaigns for product launches, events, or admissions. Collaborate with the marketing team on ad copy and targeting strategies. Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on social media KPIs (reach, engagement, followers, conversions). Provide insights and recommendations for improving performance. Trend Research & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and formats in social media. Experiment with creative ideas, reels, and formats to boost reach and virality. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. 1–2 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency (freshers with strong portfolios may apply). Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Excellent written English communication and copywriting skills. Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling. Basic knowledge of Canva or any design tool is a plus. Passion for education, youth culture, and meaningful content creation. Preferred QualitiesFluent in English and Hindi. Familiarity with the education sector or youth-focused brands. Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Data-driven yet creatively bold.
