Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless project execution.
• Understand client objectives and work closely with internal teams (designers, copywriters, strategists) to deliver on expectations.
• Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and campaign strategies.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and help onboard new ones.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for client meetings.

Social Media Management:

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies for various brands.
• Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and engaging posts across platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and engagement metrics to optimize content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to generate visually appealing and innovative content.
• Respond to audience interactions, comments, and queries across platforms.
• Analyze performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in client servicing, account management, or social media marketing.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and trends.
• Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in a digital agency or brand marketing role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
