Social Media Manager

As a Mumbai-based bespoke digital agency, Kairos Media specializes in providing strategic solutions, content creation, campaign ideas, and technical capabilities to support clients in growing their businesses. We are currently seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will take on the responsibility of managing social media accounts on a day-to-day basis. This includes creating and overseeing content calendars, executing social media campaigns, and closely monitoring analytics and engagement metrics. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong foundation in Social Media Marketing, Communication, and Content Strategy. Proficiency in Social Media Optimization (SMO) and exceptional writing skills are essential. Familiarity with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and Instagram Insights is a definite plus. Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics for social media management and analytics is highly valued. Creativity and strategic thinking are key attributes required to develop engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively conveying our brand message across various social media platforms. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in social media management or a related field is preferred. Additional experience in graphic design and video editing would be considered advantageous for this role.
