We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and take the lead in managing multiple client accounts, crafting effective content strategies, and executing paid ad campaigns across platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s business goals. Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for multiple clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. Coordinate with the copywriting & design team to ensure all content reflects the approved ideas and strategy. Manage daily posting, monitoring, and engagement on client social media profiles. Set up, manage, and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor and report on campaign performance, with insights and recommendations. Keep up with platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends. Attend client meetings to communicate updates, campaign results, and new ideas. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in social media management and running paid ad campaigns (agency experience preferred). Solid understanding of marketing strategy, customer funnels, and performance-driven campaigns. Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
