Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves planning and managing paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for multiple clients across diverse industries. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in marketing principles and digital strategy, along with hands-on experience in paid advertising platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to drive performance-based campaigns that align with each brand’s objectives. Responsibilities Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for multiple clients. Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals and industry. Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and performance optimisation. Create campaign reports with insights and strategic recommendations. Coordinate with the creative team to develop ad assets (copy, visuals, videos) as per campaign requirements. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry shifts. Communicate regularly with clients on campaign progress and strategic direction. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment. Strong knowledge of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Solid understanding of marketing strategy, customer funnels, and performance-driven campaigns.
