Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic

Social Media Manager

to lead and execute digital strategies that amplify reach, drive engagement, and build a strong online presence.This role involves managing multiple platforms, creating impactful campaigns, and fostering meaningful connections with a vibrant literary and cultural community.
  • Lead social strategy, content planning, and community engagement
  • Grow brand visibility across platforms and through partnerships
  • Create compelling storytelling and short-form content
Key Responsibilities
You will plan, create, and measure social content and campaigns. Key duties include:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Design and manage campaigns that boost brand visibility and highlight partners and sponsors
  • Create, edit, and proofread high-quality content tailored to diverse audiences
  • Coordinate with agencies through clear briefs and content calendars
  • Monitor trends and analytics to optimize performance and audience engagement
  • Produce innovative digital storytelling, photography, and short-form video content
What We're Looking For
We seek a creative communicator who loves books and culture and can translate that passion into engaging social content.
  • Book lover with a genuine interest in literature, authors, and cultural communities
  • Strong creative writing, storytelling, and digital communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, and Canva
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of social media best practices, analytics, and engagement strategies
  • Creative mindset with strong aesthetics and a knack for content innovation

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
  • Excellent communication and writing skills across digital formats
  • Proven experience in online marketing and outreach campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
  • Fresh, customer-friendly, and versatile writing style
