About The Role

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead digital engagement across platforms. If you’re passionate about storytelling, content creation, and building online communities—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy
Manage presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
Create engaging content and campaigns to promote events, partners, and sponsors
Maintain a consistent brand voice and digital identity
Write, edit, and proofread content for various formats
Coordinate with agencies and provide clear briefs for upcoming activities
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
Use tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, and Canva for scheduling and design
Monitor analytics and audience insights to optimize performance
Capture and create short-form video or photo content when needed

Qualifications & Skills

4–5 years of experience in social media marketing and content writing
Strong writing and storytelling abilities
Familiarity with digital tools and analytics platforms
Ability to work under tight deadlines, especially during live events
Creative thinking and a keen eye for aesthetics
Bonus: Interest in literature, arts, or cultural communities
