Role SummaryWe are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across platforms, drive engagement, and strengthen brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, capable of crafting engaging content while monitoring performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals. Manage and grow presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels. Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics). Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns. Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and competitor activity. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner. Run paid ad campaigns and track ROI. Analyze performance data and prepare monthly reports on growth, engagement, and conversions. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness (e.g., contests, influencer collaborations, partnerships). Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills. Ability to use social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Insights, etc.). Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar). Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
