Social Media Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist and Social Media manager to shape and drive our next phase of growth. Social Media Management

• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaign goals.
• Oversee posting, scheduling, and engagement on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Spotify.
• Coordinate with the production team for timely delivery of video assets.
• Design thumbnails, titles, and carousels in line with platform best practices and brand tone.
• Monitor platform performance and trends to refine content strategy and increase reach.

Digital Marketing

• Lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, and content marketing.
• Run Google and Meta ads.
• Use data and analytics to drive performance, conversions, and ROI.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media — ideally with wellness, healthcare, or consumer lifestyle brands.
• Proven expertise in performance marketing, web analytics, and social media growth.
• Strong strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills — proficiency in English is a must.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and coordinate multiple teams and contributors.
