Role: Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer

Location: Work From Office - Bandra (Mumbai)

IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Trepechy Jewels Inc. is a fast-growing diamond and jewelry brand with offices in New York (USA) and Bandra (Mumbai). We specialize in fine diamond jewelry and are rapidly expanding our online presence across major social platforms and e-commerce channels.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Social Media Manager who is also skilled in Graphic Designing and E-mail Marketing. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and experience managing brand presence and marketing across Amazon marketplaces. This is a dynamic, in-office role based in Mumbai, suitable for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can handle end-to-end digital marketing and design responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

AMAZON PLATFORM MANAGEMENT

  • Manage day-to-day operations in Amazon Seller Central, including listings, ads, and promotions
  • Manage Amazon ads, promotions, coupons, and brand store layouts
  • Track sales performance, reviews, and product ranking
  • Create and optimize product listings: titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content
  • Conduct keyword research to improve visibility and rankings
  • Manage Amazon PPC campaigns — including keyword optimization, bid adjustments, and budget control
  • Track and analyze metrics like traffic, conversion, Buy Box %, ACoS, RoAS, and sales performance
  • Monitor and address product reviews, customer messages, and listing health
  • Maintain and update the Amazon Brand Storefront with banners and product placements

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Create and schedule engaging content to increase brand visibility, reach, and audience engagement
  • Track analytics, monitor trends, and optimize content for performance
  • Create visually appealing promotional materials, posts, and ads using Canva.
  • Plan and run social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor analytics, engagement metrics, and ad performance to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the content, sales, and e-commerce teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and algorithms to ensure maximum visibility and reach.

GRAPHIC DESIGNING

  • Design visually appealing creatives for social media, ads, email campaigns, product promotions, and Amazon listings
  • Create banners, infographics, reels thumbnails, and marketing collateral
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets
  • Design flyers, booklets, pamphlets, and marketing collaterals for both brands.
  • Create layouts that highlight reliable, sustainable, eco-friendly jewelry messaging.
  • Incorporate QR codes, Amazon promo codes, 30-day return messaging, and free delivery highlights.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all project materials for printing.

E-MAIL MARKETING

  • Plan, create, and execute end-to-end e-mail marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation
  • Design email templates, write content, and manage automation workflows
  • Develop segmented email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and purchase history to improve targeting and relevance
  • Work closely with the Amazon and social media teams to synchronize campaign messaging, especially during sales, product launches, and festive promotions
  • Create compelling email copy, subject lines, and CTAs tailored to different campaign goals (promotions, new launches, announcements, newsletters, etc.)
  • Design visually appealing email templates using tools such as MailChimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Track performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns
  • Set up automation workflows including welcome series, abandoned cart emails, post-purchase follow-ups, review requests, and re-engagement sequences
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, conversions, and unsubscribe rate
  • Ensure email deliverability best practices, including domain authentication, audience hygiene, and spam-compliance
  • Maintain a strong understanding of email marketing trends, automation tools, and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Graphic Designing, and Email Marketing
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong proficiency in Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator and email tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
