Job Description:

We are looking for a Rapnet & Data Entry Executive to join our diamond business team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the diamond market and be comfortable handling Rapnet listings and data entry tasks. You must be detail-oriented and proficient in MS Excel and Word, with good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage diamond listings on Rapnet platform
• Daily data entry of purchase/sales, stock, and inventory records
• Update and maintain diamond specifications and certification details
• Work with Excel spreadsheets for stock maintenance and pricing sheets
• Prepare basic Word documents and reports as needed
• Coordinate with team members for updates and data accuracy
• Assist in day-to-day administrative and office tasks related to diamond stock

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in the diamond industry
• Working knowledge of Rapnet and its listing tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Prior experience in data management in the diamond market preferred
