Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Bandra BKC (In-office)
Work Timings: 10:00/10:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary per Month - 20,000 - 35,000K

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth coordination with vendors regarding payments. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally, strong accounting knowledge, and good communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations in Tally.
• Record and manage purchase and sales entries accurately.
• Perform data entry, reconciliation, and balance sheet preparation.
• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements.
• Coordinate with vendors for payment follow-ups, invoices, and related queries.
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Support management in audits, compliance, and reporting requirements.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong understanding of purchase, sales, and balance sheet entries.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.

Work Environment:

• In-office role at Bandra BKC.
• Timings: 10:00/10:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
