About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate understands trends, storytelling, engagement strategies, and performance analytics. You will be responsible for managing content, building brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Develop and execute monthly social media calendars.
• Manage reels, stories, posts, and long-form content.
• Monitor social media trends, new tools, and platform updates.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage community growth.
• Track performance using insights and analytics tools.
• Run paid social media campaigns (optional based on experience).
• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to maintain consistent branding.
• Suggest innovative content ideas, campaigns, and strategies.
• Prepare monthly reports on growth, engagement, and results.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role will be a plus point
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and trending formats.
• Ability to write compelling captions and storytelling-style content.
• Basic skills in Canva / video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in digital marketing or branding
• Knowledge of paid advertising
• Experience working in education, agency, or related sectors
