We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to amplify our online presence and engage our audience through compelling content and strategic campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for TradeFlock across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) Create engaging content (text, image, and video) aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics, leveraging data to optimize content performance Collaborate with editorial, design, and marketing teams to support promotional activities and content distribution Manage day-to-day handling of social media channels and adapt content to suit different platforms Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications Plan and execute paid social campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and provide actionable insights Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual design and storytelling Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) Must have experience working in a digital marketing company or agency Should have managed social media for at least 20+ domestic clients and 10+ international clients What We Offer: Competitive salary package A vibrant and creative working environment Career growth opportunities in a growing media-tech company Flexible, 5-day working schedule You can apply - pallavi@sdadtechnology.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
