Profile: Social Media Manager Experience: 2-3 Years Location- Jaipur, Rajasthan Mode: Work From Office Key Responsibilities: Client Requirement Understanding: Collaborate with clients to grasp their vision, objectives, and target audience, ensuring alignment with social media strategies. Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content tailored to various social media platforms, enhancing brand awareness and engagement. Design Expertise: Utilize strong design skills to create eye-catching graphics and visuals that resonate with the target audience, leveraging tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Editing Proficiency: Edit and refine social media content to maintain high-quality standards, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Strategy Development: Assist in the formulation and execution of social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and effective. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to coordinate campaigns and share insights that drive success. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation and design. Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and editing software. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
