Fiestro Events is a dynamic and innovative company in the wedding industry, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for couples. We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and elevate our online presence.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn) to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role involves creating compelling content, including posts, reels, and stories, while developing strategies to grow our online community and foster relationships with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Design and produce eye-catching posts, reels, and stories tailored for various platforms that reflect our brand and resonate with our target audience.

2. Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

3. Community Management: Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and discussions to build a loyal community.

4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.

5. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the wedding industry, to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align social media content with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

1. Minimum Experience Should be 2-5 Years Only.

2. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

3. Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar).

4. Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the wedding or lifestyle industry.

5. Strong proficiency in creating engaging visual content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.

6. Experience with video editing tools and apps to create high-quality reels and stories.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
