Social Media Manager / Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager/Executive to manage our brand’s presence across social platforms, lead influencer marketing campaigns, and execute other digital initiatives to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying, onboarding, and coordinating with influencers.
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize performance.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare monthly reports.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and copywriting.
• Manage paid social media campaigns (optional if applicable).
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the community to build brand loyalty.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for influencer partnerships.
• Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh ideas and trends.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in managing multi-platform campaigns and influencer collaborations.

Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
