Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager – HR to handle end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and campus hiring initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external institutions. Traveling may be required for campus drives, client meetings, or branch visits.

*Key Responsibilities**

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Develop effective hiring strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of positions.

2. Training & Development :

  • Identify training needs through performance evaluations and manager feedback.
  • Plan and execute training programs for employees (technical & soft skills). *
  • Coordinate internal and external trainers.
  • Monitor training outcomes and prepare reports.

3. Campus Hiring & Internships:

  • Plan and conduct campus recruitment drives across colleges.
  • Build and maintain relationships with college placement cells.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, seminars, and hiring events.
  • Manage internship programs and ensure smooth onboarding.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Handle employee grievances and ensure a healthy work culture.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and maintain strong employee connect.
  • Plan engagement activities, team-building events, and HR initiatives.
  • Ensure discipline, compliance, and positive workplace communication.

5. HR Operations :

  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Handle joining formalities, induction, and exit processes.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain employee data in HR systems.

6. Travel Requirement:

  • Travel for campus drives, branch visits, training programs, or recruitment events as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in HR (recruitment, training, and employee relations preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Willingness to travel for company events and hiring activities.

**Preferred Qualities :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and people-centric approach.
  • Experience with HRMS tools, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
