Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple brands.
• Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), etc.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop cohesive social media campaigns.
• Monitor daily performance and analyze metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Track competitor activity and industry trends for new ideas and opportunities.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and manage brand reputation.
• Assist in planning and execution of influencer collaborations and social campaigns.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign effectiveness and growth KPIs.
• Stay updated with platform changes and social media best practices.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
• Creativity with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• Basic understanding of paid social media and SEO is a plus.
