This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring our brand and client campaigns drive strong engagement, growth, and results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies across all major platforms. Oversee content planning, creatives, and publishing calendar. Manage and grow online communities and brand engagement. Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and prepare reports. Lead influencer collaborations and social media partnerships. Supervise and mentor junior team members. Requirements: 4–6 years of experience in social media (preferably agency side). Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube. Excellent communication, content, and campaign planning skills.
