Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Goa, India. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, and optimizing posts for engagement. The individual will also monitor social media trends, engage with the audience, and report on social media performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective social media marketing (SMM) and social media optimization (SMO) strategies across platforms.
• Plan, create, and manage content calendars in line with brand tone and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and visually appealing posts, stories, videos, and reels.
• Design and implement content strategies tailored to client goals, target audience, and platform best practices.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm updates to improve engagement and reach.
• Manage social media ad campaigns and track performance to ensure KPIs and conversion goals are met.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Engage with followers and communities by responding to comments, DMs, and reviews, and fostering brand loyalty.
• Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, design, paid media) to align strategies and maintain consistency across digital channels.
• Handle client communication, reporting, and performance reviews with professionalism and attention to detail.
