Position Overview We are seeking a creative and versatile

Content Writer cum Social Media Manager to join our team. This role combines the art of compelling storytelling with the strategic management of social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging content across multiple channels while driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation through social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities ∙Content Creation Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, articles, website pages, newsletters, and press releases. Develop creative copy for marketing campaigns, product descriptions, and promotional materials. (Organic & Inorganic) Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging.

∙Social Media Management Plan, create, and schedule posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community presence. Run Organic/paid campaigns and track performance metrics. ∙

Strategy & Analytics Collaborate with marketing team to design monthly content planning, calendars and campaigns. Analyses performance data (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies. Prepare monthly reports on content and social media performance.

Requirements ∙Bachelor’s degree Communications, Journalism, or related field. ∙Proven experience as a Content Writer and Social Media Manager (minimum 2–3 years preferred). ∙Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. ∙Hands-on experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). ∙Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing trends. ∙Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh ideas and campaigns. ∙Excellent communication and organizational skills. (Hindi & English)

Desired Skills ∙Graphic design basics (Canva, Photoshop) for creating visuals. ∙Video editing knowledge for reels/shorts. ∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ∙Strong analytical skills to interpret social media insights.
