Social Media Manager (Creative Content & Visual Media)

About Us:

DARC is a leading pediatric rehabilitation center dedicated to supporting children with neurodevelopmental challenges through a multidisciplinary approach. We are known for our transparency, parent involvement, and individualized therapeutic plans that focus on functional independence.

We're looking for a passionate Social Media Manager who can creatively capture the essence of our work and connect with our audience through powerful storytelling, videography, and design.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management

Plan, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Monitor engagement, insights, and trends to improve performance

Videography & Photography

Capture therapy moments (with consent), events, behind-the-scenes, and interviews

Create engaging short videos and reels highlighting therapy progress and educational topics

Creative Editing

Edit videos and reels with engaging transitions, captions, effects, and music

Maintain visual consistency and branding in all content

Poster & Design Creation

Design eye-catching, informative posters and creatives for online and print use

Collaborate with therapists to create parent-friendly educational infographics

Brand Communication

Ensure all content reflects our values: empathy, transparency, professionalism

Handle DMs, comments, and community engagement as needed

Requirements:

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools

Strong aesthetic sense and content storytelling skills

Basic knowledge of child therapy/autism/parent awareness (or willingness to learn)

Good communication skills in English and Tamil (preferred)

Must own a personal laptop with good specifications to handle video editing smoothly

Ability to handle shoots discreetly in a child-sensitive environment

Bonus if you have:

Experience working with child-related brands, education, or healthcare

Ability to handle basic photography equipment or mobile-based shooting setups
