Administrative Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the autism care center, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of services to optimize the use of available resources. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care in compliance with industry standards. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of physiotherapy interventions and make adjustments as needed. Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, schools, and community organizations to raise awareness about the center's services. Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote early intervention and support for children with autism. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports. Generate reports for internal use and external stakeholders, as required. Qualifications: Degree in Physiotherapy with specialisation in Pediatric Physiotherapy. Relevant certifications in autism care or related fields. State licensure or certification as a physiotherapist. Previous experience working with children with autism.
