Social Media Manager & Content Creator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage our digital presence and create high-impact content across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in content planning, reel creation, copywriting, and social media growth strategies, with a deep understanding of platform algorithms and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage daily content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) including scripting, shooting coordination, and basic editing.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and CTAs aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and campaign execution.
• Monitor comments, messages, and reviews; respond professionally and escalate leads when required.
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, leads) and optimize content accordingly.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral formats.
• Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams to execute brand campaigns.
• Support lead-generation and brand-awareness initiatives through organic social media strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms.
• Experience in reel creation, content ideation, and trend-based content.
• Excellent content writing and storytelling skills (English & Hindi preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Canva / Adobe tools for quick content edits.
• Ability to analyze insights and prepare performance reports.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Additional Requirements (Mandatory):

• Personal laptop is compulsory.
• Hands-on experience in reels creation and content posting is mandatory.
• Immediate / instant joining preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, IVF, maternity, or medical branding.
• Knowledge of paid social ads coordination (Meta & YouTube) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with influencer collaboration and UGC content.
