We at Baby Bloom IVF, one of North India’s leading IVF & Fertility Centers are expanding rapidly and looking for a strategic financial partner who can support us in our investment and fundraising journey.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A Highly Experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) or Investment Advisory Firm with 20+ years of proven experience.
• Strong background in fundraising, financial structuring, and investment advisory in the healthcare sector.
• A successful track record of raising funds for hospitals, IVF centers, diagnostic chains, or healthcare startups.
• Deep network and established relationships with PE/VC funds, angel investors, HNIs, and institutional investors.

Scope of Work:

• Structuring and preparing Baby Bloom IVF for investment readiness.
• Designing detailed business & financial models, pitch materials, and valuation reports.
• Connecting and pitching to potential investors in healthcare.
• Advising on deal structuring, compliance, and negotiation.
• Guiding leadership on long-term financial strategy and expansion funding.
