Social Media Manager & Content Creator

We are seeking a Social Media & Content Creator with graphic design abilityfor a luxury brand to build and elevate our online presence through high-quality videos, photos, and daily Instagram content. This role requires creative vision, strong aesthetic sense, and hands-on execution — from planning concepts to shooting, editing, and publishing final content. You will represent our luxury brand values and ensure that every piece of content feels premium, educational, and aligned with our clinic’s identity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Planning & Strategy

• Develop monthly & weekly content calendars for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts).
• Identify trends and transform them into content ideas.
• Work closely with the medical & marketing team to ensure content is accurate and brand-aligned.

Content Creation (Shooting)

• Shoot high-quality videos and photos inside the clinic.
• Capture patient transformations (with consent), behind-the-scenes, treatment visuals, and educational content.
• Maintain a clean, premium aesthetic consistent with luxury clinic brands.

Editing & Production

• Edit videos for Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts (if required).
• Add subtitles, transitions, branding and polish to maintain luxury brand standards.
• Ensure fast turnaround — daily posting schedule required.

Social Media Management

• Post content daily on Instagram.
• Write clean, SEO-friendly, engaging captions.
• Manage DMs, comments and audience engagement professionally.
• Track analytics and suggest improvements based on performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong video shooting & editing skills (Reels-style, trending formats).
• Knowledge of Instagram trends, audio, editing tools (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere).
• Excellent aesthetic sense — clean, minimal, luxury-brand style.
• Clear communication skills and professional behaviour.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
• Good photography skills & understanding of lighting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
