About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to take ownership of our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving engagement, and growing our digital community across all major platforms through compelling content strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns. Create original, engaging, and on-brand content (images, videos, captions, reels, carousels, etc.) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Plan and manage the content calendar and ensure consistent posting and messaging. Monitor social trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep the brand culturally relevant and innovative. Engage with the online community: respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-consistent tone. Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, sales) to align content with business goals. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion rates), and optimize based on insights. Run and monitor paid campaigns across social media platforms when necessary. Stay updated on social media best practices, tools, and algorithm changes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation. Strong portfolio showcasing previous campaigns and original content (reels, posts, captions, stories, etc.). Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other video/photo editing apps. Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite). Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills tailored to diverse platforms. Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights from metrics. Highly creative with attention to detail and strong visual aesthetic. Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred (but not mandatory): Experience with influencer collaborations and partnerships. Familiarity with SEO basics and content optimization. Background in brand strategy or digital marketing.
