Content Creation: Produce engaging content (text, image, video) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring the tone aligns with the brand voice. Basic SEO: Optimize social media content to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic to the website. Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a positive community around the brand. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key metrics, track content performance, and recommend adjustments based on analytics. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends to keep Unify Media’s presence fresh and relevant. Key Skills & Qualifications: Content Creation: Proven ability to create compelling content across various social media platforms. Basic SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles to ensure content is optimized for search engines. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with followers and collaborate with internal teams. Work Ethic: Hardworking, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with other departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Experience: Previous experience in a Social Media Manager role or similar position is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of social media analytics tool. Experience with paid social media campaigns. Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is a plus. Work Environment: This is a full-time, in-office role at Unify Media. Occasionally requires additional hours for project deadlines or campaign launches.
