Social Media Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for a student who can support with day-to-day social media work for early-stage fashion, skincare, lifestyle, and wellness brands. You’ll help design content, write short copy, and assist with managing brand pages — mainly Instagram and sometimes LinkedIn.

What You’ll Do:

• Design social media posts (Instagram carousels, story templates, highlight covers, etc.)

• Write captions or post text that match the brand tone — short, clean, and conversational

• Help plan weekly content calendars for brands based on product drops, events, or campaigns

• Post and track engagement (likes, comments, reach) and help make small adjustments

• Keep things consistent — making sure brands show up regularly, not randomly

• (Optional) Assist in writing or designing LinkedIn content for founders or brand pages

What We’re Looking For:

• You must be a current student (college or university — this is a strict requirement)

• You should be comfortable with Canva (Adobe or Figma is a plus but not required)

• You should know how to grow Instagram pages organically (posting timing, content types, consistency, etc.)

• You can write simple, natural copy for captions, not long-form writing

• You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and open to feedback

Nice to Have (Bonus):

• If you’ve ever helped grow a personal or college Instagram page

• Know how to create content that fits D2C brands (fashion, beauty, wellness)

• Have worked with LinkedIn posts or founder pages
