Role Overview

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies for various brands
Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Coordinate with the design team for creatives and videos
Write engaging captions with proper tone, style, and brand voice
Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to optimize content
Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports
Engage with the online community through comments, messages, and collaborations

Requirements

Currently pursuing graduation (any stream, marketing/design background preferred) – students only
Basic knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
Strong communication and copywriting skills
Creative thinking with attention to detail
Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Bonus: Experience with Canva, scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
