Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design 

  social media posts, stories, reels, ads, and other visual content

   for brands and clients.
• Create short 

  video edits

   for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop concepts and visuals for branding, packaging, and campaigns when needed.
• Maintain 

  consistency in design style and brand identity

   across all assets.
• Stay updated with current 

  social media trends, design aesthetics, and editing tools

  .
• Work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality creative work.

Requirements

• Proficiency in 

  Canva

  , 

  Adobe Photoshop

  , 

  Illustrator

  , and 

  Figma

   (knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is a plus).
• Must have 

  basic to intermediate video editing skills

   for social media content.
• Understanding of 

  content design, typography, color, and layout principles

  .
• A 

  proactive mindset

   — must take initiative and manage time well.
• Ability to handle multiple design tasks for different brands.
• A design portfolio (even student/freelance projects) is preferred.

• Only apply if you are comfortable with the pay range (₹7,000–₹10,000/month).

Probation Period

10 days will be a probation period

Upon successful completion, the designer will be confirmed as part of the team.
